Doom Delivery™ does not maintain fixed business hours. Instead, we operate on a flexible schedule and are frequently available throughout most days and evenings (EST).

Current response times are generally quite fast. If we're unavailable, simply leave a message or ticket and we'll respond as soon as possible.

Emergency or time-sensitive deliveries may also be accommodated when available.

Absolutely. If you've already found a seller or shop, Doom Delivery™ can complete the purchase and deliver it directly to you.

Customers are responsible for identifying the seller, shop, or pickup location. While we're happy to facilitate the transaction, we do not source items or locate sellers on behalf of customers.

Doom Delivery™ is your courier, purchasing agent, and taxi driver, not a storefront. You tell us what to trade/buy and where to get it, and we'll handle the transaction and delivery.

Every delivery is unique.

Distance, transporation infrastructure, cargo size, travel risk, and accessibility all determine the amount of work required for each delivery. So instead of charging rigid flat rates, Doom Delivery™ provides personalized quotes to keep pricing as fair and affordable as possible.

Every trip is quoted individually based on distance, terrain, available travel routes, and the transportation method best suited for your journey.

In most cases, passengers can simply sit back & relax, or even fully AFK while Doom Delivery™ handles the trip.

Doom Delivery™ is backed by multiple top nations and has earned a trusted reputation across CivMC. For particularly valuable or high-risk shipments, customers may also request an Armed Delivery, where a Tier 1 PvPer accompanies the shipment as a dedicated security escort.

We've gotten a lot of unique requests over the years, so it's hard to choose, but two definitely come to mind:

1. Relocating an Armored Zombie

The safe transportation of a fully armored, nametagged Zombie across several continents and an ocean. It had to be carefully relocated by keeping aggro on land, careful to avoid rough terrain that could kill it, and walled-bridging over multiple rivers, before finally sharing a boat with it on ocean while taking heavy armor durability damage. I then had to safely box it inside a Pavian home, making sure players could not kill it.

2. A "Mail-Order Bride" Taxi

Two players requested what they called a "mail-order bride" service, asking Doom Delivery to escort the bride across the world to her husband.

Our instructions were simple, just make sure no one saw her before her husband did. 

Mission accomplished, along with receiving an extensive, unsolicited explanation throughout the journey about the bride's layered Minecraft skin and her plans to unveil and "undress" before her husband.
